Summary/Abstract: This report attempts to summarize and highlight some aspects of managerial recruitment. On the basis of the established theoretical positions and practices, new principles are proposed and features are emphasized for the verification of the main criteria in the selection of managers. Possible and expedient substantive special decisions in the selection process are outlined.
