Summary/Abstract: Working with the NHIF and NHIS gives every medical person the legal opportunity to process the personal data of their patients without the need for explicit informed consent. Looking at the processing of each patient's personal data, the legal need to give or withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data is clarified.
