Summary/Abstract: The most extreme consequences of gender inequalities is the violence of men committed against women. The representative survey on prevalence and experience of women with violence conducted in 2008 brought findings not indicating a decrease of violence by intimate partners. Although, more and more women are encouraged to solve the situation, the level of help is not standardized and satisfaction of women significantly varies. The incompleteness of crimes and juristic statistics is a common drawback, which the real survey of registered cases particularly of violence of partners makes impossible. The content of basic concepts related to violence against women agenda is the possible obstacle for exact evidence.
