Summary/Abstract: Nudity is a completely natural thing and present in human life, it can take various forms, but not in all circumstances its presentation is legal. Society's perception of nudity is gradually changing and evolving, which causes confusion - it is not entirely clear when nudity is a crime. Courts approach this type of cases differently. There are no clear and direct provisions on this issue, which on the one hand may introduce some interpretation chaos, and on the other hand, it contributes to the flexibility of the law and its validity, despite changes taking place in society. The aim of the article is to present the relevant legal provisions that indirectly regulate this problem and to assess whether they are sufficient and properly formulated. An important element of the article is also the analysis of selected court decisions to show the functioning of theoretical assumptions in practice.
