Summary/Abstract: This paper deals with the steps to be taken by persons wishing to become polling station election office computer operators, the duties of the computer operator on the eve and on election day. A polling station computer operator can be any person who meets the following conditions: a) has Romanian citizenship and resides in Romania; b) knows Romanian language, written and spoken; c) is at least 18 years old; d) has full capacity to exercise; e) has completed compulsory general education; f) has basic knowledge in information technology
