Summary/Abstract: This paper discusses several aspects of social changes in the 21st century. There are significant changes in many spheres of people's lives, both personal and professional. Globalization, the transformation of work processes and the development of technologies affect the functioning of the modern world. Ways of communication, education and work are becoming more and more flexible, allowing people not to be tied to just one workplace. Some of the most significant social changes relate to the development of technology, culture and tourism. Many changes are visible and can be noticed immediately, but there are also those that are difficult to see but surface over time. People are facing significant changes. The online space offers various possibilities, making the market and everyday life more mobile. Through the transformation of the sphere of work and education, culture and tourism, their processes have become oriented towards globalization, and we are no longer tied to one specific place for employment or study. The digital and real worlds have become interconnected, affecting all aspects of our lives.
