Summary/Abstract: One of the ongoing concerns with Syrian refugees in recent years has been the idea of the informal working. In Turkey, globalization has given the informal working a boost. Employers strove to lower labor costs to boost their profits and thwart competitors as much as possible as a result of the intense competition between global marketplaces, and at the end of this process, migrant labor emerged as it had done around the world. Refugees and informality issues must be addressed concurrently due to the sharp rise in Syrian refugees since 2011 and the involvement of refugees in the job market. The status of Syrians in this study's markets and the idea of informality. Although there are many reasons for the markets to turn to the Syrian workforce, it is possible to gather them under the main headings such as cheap labor, lack of insurance, lack of rights, working long hours. Execution of unregistered sectors through immigrants triggered the exploitation of immigrant labor on the one hand, and paved the way for local workers' labor force to become cheaper and unemployment to increase on the other.
