Summary/Abstract: Professional satisfaction, also expressed as job satisfaction or work satisfaction, refers to the feeling of satisfaction and satisfaction that an individual receives from his or her own professions. This is a measure of the satisfaction they feel when fulfilling their roles, duties and responsibilities in a person's job. Evaluating the job satisfaction of teachers working in educational institutions is a critical tool for understanding how satisfied they are with their jobs and working environments. Teachers with high job satisfaction are more motivated, perform better, and teach students more effectively. However, teachers with low job satisfaction may experience a loss of motivation due to dissatisfaction with their jobs, which can negatively affect student achievement. In addition, evaluating the job satisfaction of teachers working in educational institutions provides the managers of educational institutions with an opportunity to understand the needs, concerns and dissatisfaction of teachers and find solutions to these issues. In order to increase teachers' job satisfaction, education managers can provide appropriate support and resources, balance workload, strengthen communication, and offer professional development opportunities. Such efforts can increase the motivation of teachers, increase work efficiency and, therefore, improve student achievement. The importance of evaluating the job satisfaction of teachers working in educational institutions also applies to determining the stress levels of teachers at work and developing stress coping strategies. Because high stress levels can prevent teachers from focusing on their work and students and reduce work productivity. A job satisfaction assessment can be a starting point for identifying sources of stress and providing support to teachers. Evaluating the job satisfaction of teachers working in educational institutions is a critical step to improve the quality of education, support student achievement and increase the effectiveness of educational institutions. This evaluation process provides an important tool to increase teachers' satisfaction, support them to cope with stress and create a more positive environment in education. For this reason, studies aimed at evaluating the job satisfaction of teachers working in educational institutions are of vital importance for the sustainable success of the education system.
