Summary/Abstract: In the social system - unlike that of inanimate nature, the direction of development is governed by volitional choice, which is a strictly subjective quantity. This necessitates the conclusion about the leading role of the personal factor for integrity and its evolution. The article discusses the hypothesis that the Self of the interpreter is the integral socio-cultural-psychological construct and center that determines and enforces the meanings and norms of functioning in the communication system. In other words, it will show the way in which the personality of the user organizes and determines the systemic purposefulness in the communication act.
