Summary/Abstract: The article examines two offices for Saint Petka Tărnovska (Paraskeva of Epibatai) created in the era of the Ottoman invasion on the Balkans – the Tărnovо office and the Serbian edition of the office – in copies from the 15th – 17th centuries. Their composition, structure and text are compared. It comes to the conclusion that the Tărnovo office is created before the Serbian edition. Since both of the offices for Saint Petka (Paraskeva) examined here have been found in the same number of copies so far, it is not possible to determine which of the texts was more common among Serbs and Bulgarians during the period under review, but both services functioned concurrently.
