Summary/Abstract: Creditor’s waiver of enforcement under the Code of Civil Procedure shall also be applicable on strength of a mediation agreement, within the mediation procedure, whereby the Parties may find common solutions, convenient ways to exercise and enforce the rights and obligations and may set up guarantees for the performance of obligations undertaken amicably, with due regard for the substance and form requisites.
