Summary/Abstract: Kurt Schwitters, although famous for his association with the Dada movement and its manifesto, showcased an extraordinary interdisciplinary diversity in his art. Around the same period, Vasily Kandinsky, known as a pioneer of Abstract Art, found common ground with Schwitters in the fundamental artistic pursuits they undertook. Both emphasized the necessity of the trilogy of painting, music (sound, notation), and poetry, and developed their work in this direction. Both artists either created collages containing visual materials or conducted studies on sound collages. In addition to these shared approaches, the two artists, through their constructivist tendencies in the field of visual arts, either carried out projects that would inspire the discipline of architecture or became a source of inspiration themselves.
