Summary/Abstract: Changing and development in technology continues at a faster pace today. This change and development can be seen in systems and processes in every sector. Although technology facilitates human life in the fields of health, education and communication, it is emphasized that the control must be in the individuals. Because technology has become an important factor that changes people's lifestyles. It is seen that technology is used intensively in almost every occupational group. The most important reason for this is that society and technology have become an inseparable whole. With the development of technology, a new concept, Digitalization, has emerged. Digitization is known as the use of digital technologies in all business processes. Today, digital technology has started to be used very intensively, especially in the education sector. In today's digital age, the use of technology is important to give students opportunities to learn and practice essential new century skills. Therefore, the level of understanding, perception, use and satisfaction of all employees and trainees working in the education sector can directly reflect on the performance of individuals. Therefore, the positive and positive effects of digitalization and digital technology levels on the performance of employees in all sectors have gained importance. In this study, the relationship between the use of digital technology and the digitalization levels of teachers working in kindergarten, primary school, secondary school and high school in the Iskenderun District of Hatay province with their educational performance were examined. It has been concluded that digitalization affects teachers' educational performance.
