Summary/Abstract: Professor Peter Jusko, an expert in the field of social policy and social work, works at the Pedagogical Faculty of the University of Matej Bel in Banská Bystrica at the Department of Social Work, currently as deputy head of the department and guarantor of the master's and doctoral studies in social work. Recently, he has also been meeting with students at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University at the Department of Social Work in the course Theory of Social Policy. Professor Jusko has authored or co-authored more than 200 publications, including more than 20 books, and has been the principal investigator or co-investigator of a number of social research projects in the field of social work, social policy, prevention of risk phenomena and others.
