The risk – management under the conditions of the innovative development of economy

Summary/Abstract: The risk conception is examined from different specialists and from different points of view. Some people connect the risk conception with danger or threat; others comprehend the risk as probability distribution of any separate operations’ feasible positive or negative results. There are representatives of science and practice who present it as an interrelation between the possible negative consequences and the income. Thus the administrative balance system should be improved under these conditions, including suitably maintained.
