The article discusses various aspects of the processing of personal data by AI systems, such as the legal basis, information obligations, rights of data subjects, and the risk of violation of fundamental rights. The article points out the need for appropriate legal regulations as well as technical and organizational mechanisms to effectively implement the principles and objectives of the RODO in the context of the application of AI.
