Summary/Abstract: From recent discussions during seminar activities with master students about pre-university school organization difficulties, we have noticed the presence of problematic behaviours form counterproductive behaviour area. For that reason, we wanted to deepen the study of this issue in order to analyse the dimension of this phenomenon. Present study proposes the analysis of counterproductive behaviour based on evaluation through observation of school organization behaviours and on self-evaluation of in-service teachers through Counterproductive Work Behaviour Check-list (adapted after Fox, Spector and others, 2006). Although results didn’t confirm our preliminary expectations, this study represents a chance for the beginning of an exercise for analyse and reflection for master students in Education Sciences – Educational Management and European Integration program, most of them in-service teachers, beginners in the process of professionalization and growth of professional identity.
