Summary/Abstract: Organizational innovation research covers an important area aimed at understanding and developing the creative and innovative processes of organizations. In this study, it is aimed at revealing the impact of the study by visually presenting the analysis of the studies on "organizational innovation." Bibliometric analysis of studies published in the Web of Science (WOS) database between the years 1980 and 2023 was analyzed with the VOSviewer (Version 1.6.9) package program. Since it is aimed at scanning the title, content, and keyword containing the concept of "organizational innovation" in all languages and all publication types, 4300 works were accessed and analyzed. Looking at the year-based distribution, the year with the most publications is 2022, with 334 works. The most common publication type is journal articles, with 3,273 works per year. It has been determined that the most published works are in English with 4,110 works. In the study, when the most used keywords with a relationship between them were analyzed at least 2 times, the most commonly used keywords were found to be organizational innovation (756 repetitions), innovation (437 repetitions), and knowledge management (92 repetitions). This study is limited to the bibliometric analysis of studies scanned in the WOS database between the years 1980 and 2023.
