Summary/Abstract: The subject of research on this topic is the male ritual processions in Macedonia. They are most often met as part of the winter ritual cycle, in the period of so called unbaptized days, that is, from January 7th to 9th.The main emphasis is placed on their classification and ethnocoreological characteristics, as well as their similarities as a unifying factor. This work explains their magical-protective function,territorial distribution, as well as their importance for the human community.
