Summary/Abstract: This article gives an overview of Montenegrin legislation in areas of employment, environmental protection, intellectual property rights and land management. Furthermore the article points out deficiencies in relevant laws and problems in their implementation, which are illustrated through cases before courts and administrative bodies.
