System for reporting violations of European Union law. Neorealist analysis

Summary/Abstract: The main goal of the prepared analysis in terms of constructive neorealismis a thorough and multi-variant analysis of the possibilities of implementing the provisionsof Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019on the protection of persons reporting violations of Union law. This directive should havebeen transposed into Polish law (in the form of statutory, regulatory and administrativeprovisions) by December 17, 2021. Further drafts of the act on the protection of personsreporting violations of law prepared by the government have still not been considered byeither the Council of Ministers or the Polish parliament.
