Summary/Abstract: In Romania, as in all the other Communist countries, the major priority of the Communists was to change, to transform the society in a totally new one. The education was the main way towards the creation of a Communist Romania. In every city, there were created special schools where people were educated in the spirit of Communism. In Brăila, a political administrative school was created, where students were introduced, first of all, to the Communist ideology, and secondly, to administrative activities. The major purpose of these activities was to create a new society, structured upon the common ownership of the means of production and characterized by the absence of social classes.
