Constructing regimes for financing the development of small business in terms of new industrial policy

Summary/Abstract: The article examines issues related to the financial source of economic reforms in modern Ukraine. The priority segment in this regard is small and medium business. The conflict of interests in the relationship between banks and subjects of entrepreneurial activity is pointed out. In this context, the authors outline the role of the state through the introduction of specific regulatory regimes in crediting entrepreneurial structures. The role of stock exchanges and mechanisms, as well as payment mechanisms (with an emphasis on payment via a letter of credit) is highlighted. The interaction of nationwide and the totality of industrial financial and regulatory regimes is analyzed.
