Summary/Abstract: When the labour force is given in a relationship which is a non-employment one, Bulgarian labour legislation shall empower the control authorities of the Labour Inspectorate to declare the existence of an employment relationship by means of administrative coercion. This article analyzes the impact of the conduct of the person who illegally gives their labour force over these relationships.
