Rules of employee involvement in the process of formulation and registration of the European company in Poland

Summary/Abstract: Involvement of employees is one of the forms of realization of the wider idea, which is known as social dialogue. European company is a supranational entity, which operates in many countries of the European Union. This paper analyzes the legal acts regulating the involvement of employees in the formulation and the registration process for a European company in Poland. Hereby are presented procedures of information, consultation and participation, taking into account the differences in EU and Polish legislation.
