Summary/Abstract: Education is very important for a society. In fact, it ranks first in terms of importance. Because the individuals who make up the society, that is, the upbringing of future generations and their preparation for the future is through education. In the globalising world, states are in constant competition and have to keep up with this competition. The basis of keeping up with this competition is a quality education that is open to innovations. For this, it is necessary to identify the problems in the education system and provide solutions. At the point of detection and solution of these problems, the first witness and addressee of these problems are school teachers and school administrators. Therefore, in order to contribute to the solution of these problems, it is important to approach the events from the perspectives of school administrators and teachers. This study aims to examine how the problems encountered in schools are perceived by both administrators and teachers and to examine the solution suggestions for these problems. Various problems within the education system can negatively affect the daily functioning of both teachers and administrators and the quality of education. In this study, it is aimed to identify the problems and develop solutions by comparing the perspectives of teachers and administrators.
