Decision validating the attachment. Enforceable title

Summary/Abstract: This article aims to present the aspects encountered in judicial practice current regarding the seizure validation procedure, such as the nature of the request for validation of the attachment, the mandatory or optional nature of notifying the court of enforcement by the creditor, debtor or bailiff, legalization procedural of the bailiff in formulating a request for validation a seizure, respectively the main purpose of the seizure validation request represented by obtaining an enforceable title against the seized third party. I am also analyzed the ways in which the garnishee creditor, based on the validation decision a seizure, can capitalize on the enforceable title obtained against the seized third party.
