THE SPECIAL COMPETENCE OF DGA IN RELATION TO THAT OF THE EUROPEAN PUBLIC PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE

Summary/Abstract: The paper takes into account the analysis of the special competence of National Anticorruption Directorate by reference to EPPO competence. The article underlines the main differences in competence betwen the two judicial authorities in order to established what types of criminal offences still remain within the area of National Anticorruption investigations after EPPO has been established and the possible consequences of overlaping competence area.
