Summary/Abstract: Today’s managers face the increasing number of crises which affect different parts of the organi- zation and complicate the effective management in companies. The answer to that crisis could be conceptual project named New Culture of Work. It is a conception which multilaterally (although with a clear preference for small and medium-sized enterprises) analyzes the problem of the optimal characteristics of employees and owners of organizations in relation to the various social circles of the business environment, including the state. The following article analyzes multidimensionally New Culture of Work conception and encourages to critical reflection on its practical application in today's economic reality. The basis for the analysis carried out in the article was a query of the Warsaw Week magazine, which covered the years 1945-1948.
