Summary/Abstract: Dr. Dhimitri P. Pasko is one of the most unstudied experts in the field of the Albanian economy. Better known in the field of letters under the pseudonym Mitrush Kuteli (prose writer, poet, essayist, literary critic and translator). Pasko we will be able to see through his official correspondence with the same passion as in literature and in his studies in the field of banking. Unaccepted by the totalitarian regimes, he tried to bring to Albania, devastated during the Second World War, a deeply western approach in the field of economy. We can affirm that he is the first researcher who clearly notices but also correctly reflects the theft of Nazi Germany against the Albanian capital in the figures of his reports, also giving ways out on this wealth that was being robbed from Albania.
