Summary/Abstract: The deepening of the study of the documents related to the life of the Church of the Annunciation in Tulcea and the School of the Hellenic Community in Tulcea within this study, helped us to understand the involvement of the Greek Community in expanding the necessary actions to protect the cultural heritage built by it over time in the land Nordic – Dobrogean.
