Summary/Abstract: The present work aimed to deepen and to argue in a limitative way that applicative area of law, including standardization, an area of wide and daily public exposure through which law as a science is delivered to the citizen in the form of a concrete result decided by law enforcers, on the basis of a rule of law adopted by the political representatives of the citizen at a given time. Even in this limited area of analysis, only the process of delivery of law in Romanian courts and prosecutors' offices by the human resource of judges and prosecutors, the rules under which they acted, and the consequences of their current activity were considered. There have been identified, especially after 2005, politically promoted and civically supported normative approaches, not only internally, but also externally, to destabilize and deliberately discredit the human resources in Romanian courts and prosecutors' offices. The negative consequences of these approaches have inevitably emerged over time not only through acutely negative statistical data, but also through a heightened negative public perception of the actual enforcers of law, the quality of the "product" delivered and implicitly of the principle as such of law and justice.
