THE IMPORTANCE OF EFFICIENT COMMUNICATION BETWEEN LEGAL BODIES RESPONASIBLE WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INSOLVECY PROCEDURE

Summary/Abstract: Carrying out the professional activity in optimal parameters involves, among other things, the adjustment and the improvement of the procedures in order to respect for the rights of the parties in the insolvency cases and to solve the cases with celerity. These objectives can be mainly achieved through communication. An openness to innovation, within the limits established by law and according to the conventions that Romania has ratified, can only be achieved through communication between those called to administer the procedure.
