ADDITIONAL MEASURES REGARDING THE SURVEILLANCE OF PRODUCT CONFORMITY, UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF G.O. NR. 20/2023

Summary/Abstract: Recently, Government Ordinance nr. 20/2023 on market surveillance and compliance of marketed products, a new and special regulation, in the field. The new normative act is distinguished by the complementary character of the administrative measures for the surveillance of product conformity, meant to ensure more stability to the legal consumption relations. The field under analysis is carried out on two parallel planes: the conformity of products marketed to consumers and administrative measures to ensure them. The work is structured in three sections: "Object requirements in civil and commercial sale"; "The conformity of the products sold, in the regulation O.U.G. nr. 21/2021" "Complementary measures regarding market surveillance and conformity of marketed products, in the regulation O.G. nr. 20/2023".
