Summary/Abstract: The study is generally dedicated to the research of the national and international doctrine regarding the procedural law of constitutional litigation, and in particular it is dedicated to the research of the legal framework that regulates the procedural law of constitutional litigation at the national and international level. In the context of the consolidation of the rule of law and the evolution of the procedural law of constitutional litigation, the role, place and status of the Constitutional Court in relation to other state authorities, which in turn is the only authority of constitutional jurisdiction in the Republic of Moldova, should be noted. With reference to the acts of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova, the acts of the international Constitutional Courts and those of the European Court of Human Rights, the idea is outlined that the procedural law of constitutional litigation is an institution of constitutional law. Being an institution of constitutional law, the procedural law of constitutional litigation is regulated by that unitary set of constitutional legal norms contained primarily in the Constitution, which regulates the fundamental social relations that appear in the process of establishing, maintaining and exercising state power. Respectively, the legal norms of the constitutional law regulate de jure and de facto the procedural law of the constitutional dispute under the condition of the existence of a part-whole co-report.
