ABOUT THE NEED TO STANDARDIZE PEDAGOGICAL RESEARCH

Summary/Abstract: Over the centuries, general principles defining methodological requirements for conducting science have been established. In recent decades, some scientific disciplines have adopted these prin- ciples into universally applicable standards. Adhering to these standards not only helps ensure the consistency and credibility of research results and allows for comparisons between different studies and populations, but also promotes adherence to ethical guidelines, helping to ensure the quality and integrity of the research conducted.It seems that in the field of pedagogy, the creation and widespread use of standards for educational research is becoming a necessity. This can significantly contribute to the improvement of the con- dition and the strengthening of the identity of contemporary pedagogy as a scientific discipline.
