Summary/Abstract: The article presents the use of the OEE tool in a production plant. The aim of the article was to verify whether the use of the OEE indicator will indicate where time is wasted in production. Does the integration of individual programs: classes suchas; APS, MES, ERP, CMMS contribute to the production department achieving better production efficiency? Theoretical considerations were supplemented with an analysis of the production process of an injection molding machine in a plastics processing plant.
