Summary/Abstract: The legal institution of personality rights is a complex one that is not limited to the technical notion of legal personality in the sense of a legal subject, but aims at the human person in its entirety, respectively in its biological, psychological and social reality.Personality rights are a fluid notion and in a perpetual dynamic and evolution, which has made our current Civil Code not to resort to an exhaustive presentation, but to an enunciative one of the inherent prerogatives of the person specifying in art. 58 paragraph (1) that there may be ... and other such rights recognized by law. That is why it can be assumed that in the future new rights and freedoms will appear that will have to be highlighted, regulated and protected.
