Summary/Abstract: The article presents terms of networking cooperation on the tourist market in Poland. Network activities are based on simultaneous cooperation and competition. One of the outcomes of cooperation network is to offer holiday packages. This offer creates a new quality in tourism and is an answer to the customers’ expectations. To properly interpret the formation of network relationships among providers the mechanisms of tourism market should be explained, including changes on the market, meaning of travel services ought to be defined, including package, law regulations and the service providers characteristics should be presented. These factors affect the nature, scope and results of cooperation of tourist services. Conclusions for the analyzed phenomenon can be led based on case studies.
