Summary/Abstract: The present study aimed to analize the validity conditions of the act of successional option and we refer to both substantive and formal conditions imposed by law. The first part analyze the capacity and the consent of the act of successional option, with their specific peculiarities. The second part will present the object, the cause and the formal conditions of the act of successional option.
