Summary/Abstract: The first man made of men, Cain, was also the first criminal in human history, who committed the crime of fratricide, by killing his brother Abel (who was the second man made of men), without him have a fault, no matter how small.So, the killer instinct was left to man from the first man born of men, from Cain.Immediately after the creation of the first humans by God, namely Adam and Eve, the „killer instinct” existed and manifested itself „from the first man born of humans”, respectively from Cain.So that there are no confusions and different interpretations about the „biblical truth” regarding the „divine origin of crime”, about „the existence of a crime gene, of the murderous instinct left to man from God”, according to the biblical perception that says that „nothing could exist, cannot exist and will never exist in the world apart from the will of God”, the approach to these problems will be made, in this article, only on the basis of the relevant texts from the Bible, the Old Testament, the Book of „Genesis”, called and „The Making,” in which the emphases are mine.
