Summary/Abstract: The article attempts to assess the impact of selected factors (age, gender, education and work experience of the unemployed) on the duration of registered unemployment in Szczecin in years 2011-2023. The study used survival analysis methods, including an acceleration failure time model. The analysis of data in subsequent years was used to assess whether the patterns of leaving unemployment for work changed. This goal was achieved by verifying the research hypotheses. It was assumed that the variables used in the study had an impact on the duration of unemployment and that this impact was not the same throughout the research period.
