Summary/Abstract: This research aims to examine school administrators' views and practices regarding social justice principles. Within the scope of the research, the data obtained through the interview form directed to 15 school administrators in Adıyaman province were evaluated using the thematic analysis method. The findings show that participants generally evaluated social justice from the perspective of equality and equal opportunity. In terms of the implementation of basic justice principles, the principle of equality has been determined to be a priority and it has been observed that a remarkable effort has been made in the fair distribution of resources. In addition, it was determined that the participants encountered various difficulties in the decision-making processes, adopted an open approach in the interaction and communication processes, tried to increase social justice with policies and strategies, and gave importance to student participation and democratic processes. Management of diversity and cultural differences, measurement and evaluation of social justice, progress and development areas are also covered within the scope of the research. These findings constitute an important resource for evaluating school administrators' efforts to ensure social justice and shaping future strategies.
