Summary/Abstract: This research aims to understand the effects of multicultural education on school management by examining school administrators' approaches to multiculturalism in education, their leadership strategies, the priorities they give to policies and practices, and the challenges they face. The research was conducted using the case study model on 25 school administrators in Adıyaman province. Data was collected through a specially created interview form and analyzed using the thematic analysis method. According to the findings, school administrators generally consider multicultural education as conceptual richness and focus on strategies such as encouraging participation in community projects and strengthening communication in their leadership roles. Additionally, it has been observed that importance is given to policies and practices such as monitoring diversity policies and prioritizing diversity training programs. In the theme of difficulties and overcome strategies, it was determined that communication difficulties were the most common difficulties and it was observed that managers focused on strengthening their communication skills to overcome this difficulty. The results of the research show that school administrators make significant efforts in multicultural education, but more emphasis is needed in certain areas. These findings provide important clues for improving educational policies and practices, increasing leadership training and adopting more effective strategies in multicultural education.
