Summary/Abstract: This research examines the opinions and experiences of teachers in the Niğde province sample regarding out-of-school learning environments. The purpose of the research is to understand how teachers define out-of-school learning environments, students' experiences in these environments, and the impact of these experiences on academic success. The participants of the research are 22 classroom teachers working in Niğde. An interview form was used as a data collection tool. The collected data were evaluated using the thematic analysis method. The findings of the study show that teachers define out-of-school learning environments in terms of liberating, practical experiences and social interaction. It has been determined that students mostly enrich their learning experiences in nature and open spaces, and in science and technology activities. Teachers believe that out-of-school learning activities increase students' motivation, nurture their interests and passions, and strengthen their sense of success. However, difficulties experienced in the integration process, such as lack of resources and support and time constraints, were emphasized. As a result, out-of-school learning activities can contribute to students' social and cultural development as well as increasing their academic success. However, more cooperation and resources are needed to overcome the difficulties experienced in the integration process.
