Summary/Abstract: This research aims to evaluate the knowledge levels of foreign employees in Turkey regarding labor law and international labor law. In the research, a survey was conducted on the participants' knowledge levels about the practices within the scope of the International Labor Law No. 6735 and the Labor Law No. 4857. The findings show that, in general, the participants' level of knowledge about these laws is high. However, there are low levels of knowledge on some subjects. The results emphasize the importance of training and information activities to increase the knowledge level of foreign employees regarding labor law and international labor law.
