Summary/Abstract: In the study, the impact of the wine industry on the economy was investigated. In this regard, the wine industry, the impact of climate change on the wine industry and consumer behaviour in the wine industry are discussed. The study is a qualitative research and the literature review method was used. The study found that the wine industry is a vital source of employment, income and innovation and supports regional development and public services.
