Summary/Abstract: This research aims to evaluate the participation of school administrators working in Adana province in professional development programs. The research focused on key themes such as participants' motivation to participate in the program, program experience, professional skill development, leadership abilities, student success and school improvement, program advantages and challenges, effectiveness, personal development and learning, future and sustainability of the program. For the research, data obtained from interviews with 14 school administrators working in Adana were examined using the content analysis method. Findings reveal that school administrators' participation in professional development programs is based on factors such as career development, innovation and institutional support. Experiences regarding the content, delivery and duration of the program vary, but it has been stated that it has a positive impact on leadership skills, communication skills and student success. However, the program encountered some difficulties and some participants did not achieve the expected benefits. The results highlight the need to carefully plan the content and duration of future professional development programs. The research provides important findings that will shed light on the development of strategies for the professional development of school administrators.
