INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENTS IN BIH’S CONSTITUTIONAL MATTER

Summary/Abstract: Taking into account the specificities of the constitutional and legal organization of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the spatial and temporal context of the state constitutional document’s creation, the identification and positioning of international documents in the constitutional matter represents a complex process that has been taking an appropriate place in numerous academic and other institutional discussions for decades. In this paper, the author strives to identify universal and regional sources of law in the BiH’s constitutional matter, after which certain evaluations and assessments were given in terms of their significance, role, scope and interconnection.
