Summary/Abstract: The article examines the draft amendment to the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria introduced in the 49th National Assembly. The subject of the analysis is the issues related to the judiciary, caretaker government, citizenship of individuals holding the positions of Member of Parliament, Minister, and President, etc. The practice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria, which covers the discussed issues, is indicated.
